Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee Opinions (MEAC)
The MEAC considers written questions (via email or formal letter) related to certified and court-appointed mediators who are subject to the Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators
(see Rule 10.910). Please provide as much detail with your question and please include the rules you believe may be impacted by your question. Written opinions typically take 90-120 days and are posted on the DRC’s website for the benefit of all mediators.
